School Prom Event Photography

We all enjoy creating a memory, what better way to preserve your memory and hard work other than photographing your hard work. At CAMPHOTO we will be there from your initial rehearsal sessions to capture the hard work you and your students have put in giving your supporters the chance to purchase performance images as keep sakes.

We will attend most School Proms Free of Charge, At your venue we will set up a professional photo studio. We use studio lighting, a choice of backdrops for you to choose from, which is suitable for large groups of people. Close to the photo studio we will set up a viewing station consisting of a computer, a viewing monitor where guest can instantly review the photographs taken on a large monitor. At which point prints can be purchase there and then. Attending the event free of charge means we make our income from the sales of prints on the night. Pre Paid Options:

By adding the cost of the photo to the prom ticket price this ensures all attendees have a photograph to take away of their special night.

Pre Paid Option 1

This is our value option. Pre purchase 60 or more photo tokens cost per print is only £7.50. Additional photographs can be purchased on the night for the low cost of £6.

Pre Paid Option 2

Simply add the cost of the photo to the ticket price of the event ensuring that all attendees have a photograph to take away of their special night. Provided more than 100 photos are pre-purchased the cost per print is only £6.00. Additional photographs can be purchased on the night for the same low cost of £5.00.

Pay on Night Option:

On the night purchase is slightly higher because from experience not all guests will buy a photograph. Prices will still remain at a low and less than many of our competitors.

Prices are; • 1 photo = £10 • 2 photos = £15 • 3 photos = £25
